Full-Campus Buyout: Past Guests Get First Priority

When you reserve a full-campus buyout at Teepees by the River, you’re not just booking teepees—you’re reserving the entire property for your group. It’s private, relaxed, and set up for the kind of weekends people actually remember.

Right now we’re holding several prime dates specifically for buyouts. That means those dates are temporarily blocked from individual online reservations while we finalize group bookings.

Once the buyout weekends are booked, they’re removed from the public calendar. If any held dates remain after buyouts are placed, we’ll release those dates back onto the website for standard individual teepee reservations.

If you’d like first shot at a buyout date, use the quick inquiry form below and we’ll follow up with options.

Fill this out and we’ll reply with availability and pricing. If you’re looking for an individual teepee stay, any remaining held dates will be released back onto our website after buyout weekends are placed.

New This Season: Our First Yurt at Teepees by the River

This ,mild winter has put us ahead of schedule! We’re adding something new to the river experience: our first yurt. It keeps the outdoor, close-to-nature feel our guests love, but adds a little more shelter and comfort—especially for cooler nights and longer stays.

We’ll be sharing more photos and details as finishing touches come together.

Local Business Highlight: Wild Bill’s Coffee & Bistro

Wild Bill’s Coffee & Bistro is one of my absolute favorite stops in Garden Valley. I’m up from the Treasure Valley often for work as a real estate agent and Certified Land Consultant, and over the years I’ve timed more than a few client trips around Wild Bill’s hours—either to meet someone there or to grab breakfast before or after an appointment.

The food is outstanding, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the service has always been friendly. My go-to is the Idaho Trout and Eggs, and I’ll say it plainly: their sourdough toast is better than anything I’ve found anywhere in the Boise area. If you’re heading up Highway 55, don’t miss it.

Be sure to say Hi to Jen, and tell her I sent you!
