Sleeping & Camp Comfort
Teepees/yurt (as available) create a comfortable “camp” experience. Leaders can request a simple layout plan so youth groups are placed appropriately.

What Leaders Need to Know

  • Please follow your organization’s supervision and youth protection requirements

  • Quiet hours help all groups enjoy the site

  • Bring your unit’s food plan, or ask about simple onsite options

  • We’ll confirm parking/arrival timing once dates are held

  • “Leave it better than you found it” — we’ll share a simple cleanup checklist

Safety (plain language)
This is an outdoor venue. Leaders are responsible for unit supervision and program safety. We’ll point out any site-specific items during orientation (walkways, water areas, fire ring rules, etc.) so your weekend runs smooth.

How to Hold Dates
To hold dates, we confirm:

  1. Estimated headcount (youth + adults)

  2. Preferred dates (2–3 options)

  3. Your general weekend plan (hike, badge work, campfire, etc.)
